SPECIFIC WORK YOU CAN HAND OVER
What needs covering?
The in-between takes different forms. These are existing assignments you can put in Assist’s hands—remotely or there in person.
Onboarding and training materials
“Every new person asks the same questions. Nothing is written down.”
Turn your existing processes into a welcome pack, role instructions, checklists and practical training materials.
Multi-location coordination
“We have three locations. The details keep falling between them.”
Coordinate shared schedules, site visits, administrative information and agreed actions across locations. Travel can be part of the assignment.
Recruitment administration
“We need to interview people. Nobody has time to organize it.”
Arrange interviews, candidate correspondence and interview packs, then coordinate the agreed onboarding steps.
Hospitality and event support
“The guests are arriving. Our team needs another experienced pair of hands.”
Support guest reception, event preparation, front-of-house coordination or temporary team coverage, drawing on restaurant service and team leadership experience.
These assignments are scoped to your dates, location and needs. Fees and any travel arrangements are agreed directly.

Need a pinch hitter?
That’s where Assist steps in.
We know how to step into someone else’s world, find our footing, and carry the work forward. We get to know the people, understand how things connect, and pick up the details that need attention—so the next person has what they need to take it from there.
The timeframe changes. The standard of work doesn’t. Whether we’re stepping in for a day, carrying an assignment through, or returning for the next handoff, we bring the same attention and follow-through.
Someone’s away? You’re stretched thin? There’s a project that needs attention? You can contact me directly about a defined piece of support, or consider me for a temporary employee assignment. I’m interested in useful, clearly scoped work that meets a current need.
The person receiving a handoff can have a handoff of their own: documents to prepare, people to contact, a meeting to coordinate, or arrangements to carry through. Assist can pick up that next assignment. We agree responsibilities, authority, timing, and the finished handover for each piece of work.
Cottage Grove roots. On-site across the USA.
I’m free to travel for on-site assignments throughout the United States, including traveling to or alongside an executive. Eugene, Oregon is my departure airport. The assignment can take me elsewhere: we agree the dates, location, scope and travel arrangements together.
My rural home and varied working life bring perspective with them: running a small enterprise, switching between different responsibilities and understanding that good work depends on people as much as processes.

A practical assignment can bring a documentation question into view. Assist and Examine occupy the same impartial space, doing different parts of the work in between.
Through Examine byBrightly, we follow the questions into the documentation. We gather, examine, organize, and trace what we find to its source—making the record usable while keeping gaps and contradictions visible.
If your assignment raises a proposal to examine, a claim to trace or an idea to explore, Examine byBrightly is available alongside my practical support. We agree what to examine and its fee before adding that work to your assignment.
We cannot decide what the documents ought to say. We have to establish what they actually say. Any advice concerns documentation; the underlying decisions remain with you and the relevant professional.
