We agree how you want updates and what requires your approval. Agreed spending limits and advance expense funds cover purchases; the final account shows the expenses, receipts, and retainer use. Any substantial change to the work or timing is agreed before proceeding.
For an on-site assignment, we agree the dates, location, travel from Eugene, and arrangements before confirming the booking. Practical support can also take place remotely. The circumstances change; the care given to the work stays consistent.
