The record determines what we can establish. Agreeing the question, sources, scope, and handoff gives everyone a clear understanding of the work. These are the practical answers behind that agreement.

What can we bring?

Records, correspondence, bills, agreements, a proposal or an idea. We can begin with a single question or years of paperwork.

What if we don’t know which information is needed?

That can be the first assignment. We define the questions, identify the records and sources needed, and set out the examination in a clear brief.

Can you research an idea as well as examine a file?

Yes. We can follow comparable offers, supplier information, prices, customers, distribution and other sources relevant to the question.

What do you mean by File Balancing?

We compare related files, versions or accounts, match entries and reconcile dates or figures. You receive a schedule showing matches, differences, gaps and their sources.

Can you build a chronology?

Yes. We connect events, requests, replies and decisions in date order, with references to the records behind them.

What comes back to us?

A source-cited report, chronology, comparison, or examination brief. We connect findings to exact documents, pages, and sources and make conflicts and gaps visible. The documentation determines what we report. Any advice concerns documentation; underlying decisions remain with you and the relevant professional.

Where can we see examples?

Report Examples contains the complete 26-page Avery report and the complete Morgan medical-history report, including the detailed findings, source references and recorded gaps.

What medical reports do you offer?

Medical Histories includes appointment-ready histories, prescription histories, conditions and surgery, updates, new-patient record examinations and care-transition briefs.

Can a medical practice commission the work?

Yes. We can organize and examine a new patient’s scattered provider records, connecting prescriptions, recorded conditions, procedures, tests and care transitions into a source-cited account for the clinician reviewing care.

How is a patient-reported history shown?

We identify the document recording it and how the source describes it. That keeps a reported family history, a recorded diagnosis and a test result distinguishable within the account.

Do you work with representatives and claimants?

Both. You can approach byBrightly as a representative or as a person handling your own claim.

Which SSI/SSDI packages are available?

What if the record is larger?

Tell us the approximate size, file types and question. We quote the work individually.

What happens when records are missing?

We identify the missing documentation and the questions it leaves open. We can advise on documentation needed to complete the agreed examination; we preserve unanswered questions as unanswered questions.

How is the price worked out?

The question, record size, research, sources and timing shape the quote. Set-price and individually quoted offerings are shown in Services.

How do we start an inquiry?

Choose a service in the catalogue or follow a question. Your inquiry gathers the selected work and your notes into an email you can review and send.

Can you update a report as new records arrive?

Yes. A report can lead to new correspondence, revised documents, or additional records. We can examine that next material and record what changed, with the further scope, sources, and fees agreed.

What if the examination leads to practical work?

Assist byBrightly can bring Lyd into organizing files, coordinating people, covering an absence or keeping a project moving. We connect the two pieces of work.
